HOUSE BREAD
Oven
Place in a preheated 375°F oven for about 5 minutes, or until lightly crisp on the outside and warm throughout.
MINESTRONE SOUP
Stove-Top
Pour into a sauce pot and heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until it comes to a simmer. Hold hot until ready to serve.
OVEN ROASTED CHICKEN MEATBALLS
Oven
Remove the lid and set aside the julienne basil. Cover with aluminum foil and place in a preheated 375°F oven for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 5 minutes, or until hot throughout. Garnish with basil just before serving.
CROSTINIS FOR WHIPPED RICOTTA
Oven
Place in a preheated 375°F oven for about 5 minutes, or until warm.
ROASTED TURKEY BREAST
Oven
Remove the lid, cover with aluminum foil and place in a preheated 375°F oven for 15 minutes. Baste with pan juices, then return to the oven and bake for another 15–20 minutes, or until hot throughout.
TRADITIONAL GRAVY
Pour into a sauce pot and heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until it comes to a simmer. Hold hot until ready to serve.
GNOCCHI BOLOGNESE & GNOCCHI DELICATI
Oven
Remove the lid, cover with aluminum foil and place in a preheated 375°F oven for 25-30 minutes, or until hot throughout. Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
BUTTERNUT SQUASH RAVIOLI
Oven
Remove the lid, add the included sauce, cover with aluminum foil and place in a preheated 375°F oven for 20-25 minutes, or until hot throughout. Top with candied walnuts before serving.
PARMESAN SMASHED POTATOES
Oven
Remove the lid, cover with aluminum foil and place in a preheated 375°F oven for 20 minutes. Stir, replace foil and bake for another 15 minutes, or until hot throughout.
ROASTED BRUSSELS SPROUTS
Oven
Remove the lid and set aside the balsamic glaze. Place in a preheated 375°F oven uncovered for 20 minutes. Stir and return to the oven for 5 more minutes. Drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.
TRADITIONAL STUFFING

Remove the lid, cover with aluminum foil, and place in a preheated 375°F oven for 20-25 minutes. Stir, remove foil and return to the oven uncovered for another 20 minutes, or until hot throughout and lightly crisp on top.
GREEN BEAN ALMONDINE
Oven
Remove the lid and place in a preheated 375°F oven uncovered for 10-15 minutes, tossing once. Remove from the oven and toss with toasted almonds.
ROASTED BUTTERNUT SQUASH
Oven
Remove the lid and place in a preheated 375°F oven uncovered for 10-15 minutes, tossing once, until hot throughout.
CHOCOLATE BUDINO
Oven
Remove the lid and place in a preheated 375°F oven for about 10 minutes, or until warm throughout. Serve with whipped cream.
